I look forward to baking for you! I operate my bakery out of my home kitchen under Florida's cottage bakery laws.
This means it's just me producing small batch, excellent quality products that are not subject to regular inspections by the state. Everything I bake is from scratch. I use only quality ingredients I would use to bake for my own family.
The kitchen has always been my favorite room in the house – It is my blank canvas that allows my passion for creating delicious reasons bringing people together.

It has made it across the USA and all the way to England! You will be amazed by what just three ingredients can become. The flavored loaves include fresh herbs, fresh fruit, real cheese, fresh veggies - the best I can get. Locally sourced when possible. I make everything by hand. No special equipment. No cutting corners. A labor of love goes into every loaf, every focaccia, every cookie, every product.
These are 10" x 5" loaves making them easier to slice for sandwiches and toasts.

When I was a kid I LOVED Sicilian pizza! For me this is the adult version of that "kid" fave but SO MUCH better. The outside crust is perfectly browned forming that yummy crunchy crust but the inside is soft and chewy. The olive oil drizzle prior to baking enhances the flavor in every bite. Toppings are endless ways of exploring flavor combinations. Choose mine or make up your own mouth party enhancers!
